The location was magnificent really close to a Metro station. It was also so close to Roland-Garros Stadium, both Versailles and central Paris, and the tube from the center of Paris.

Everything was great, though a few employees were a little noisy.

Possibly the best and very positive stay of 3 nights. New-fashioned reasonably spacious room with a clean bathroom. Location - excellent, close to all major tourist attractions in Paris and restaurants and mini market. Would recomand to anyone.

It boasts magnificent, perfect location not far from grocery shopping, restaurants, metro station, Porte de Versailles exhibition center, close to tram and underground and taxi stations and central Paris.

Lack of regular cleaning, no bidet in the toilet, high toilet seat, shower without a door, low water pressure, worn-out couch-bed.

Nice hotel in a pretty nice area very close to all major tourist attractions in Paris as well as many excellent local bars. Wonderful & spotless rooms with a sofa turning a bed. Great amenities like central heating, multi-channel TV and a microwave oven. Early check in and late check out. Marvellous and perfect location - feet from Balard. Great choice for trip.

Thanks very much for an absolutely amazing stay of 3 nights for 4 of us. The units are new-fashioned, impressive with a huge bed. A refrigerator and a stove are a nice touch.

The location is central, near shops and bars, and lourmel station. The units are big with all necessary equipment.

The apartment exceeded our expectations with a great size, layout, and isolation. Everything was functional and the host, Edgar, was very attentive. Close to public transportation and multiple restaurants and shops nearby. Excellent location, friendly staff, and good wifi. Equipped kitchen with complementary Nespresso capsules and everything needed for cooking. Spacious enough for 4 people and comfortable sofa bed.

The entire hotel was clean, big size and impressive rooms. I greatly enjoyed the room with all facilities, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. A dishwasher, coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator were very handy. Friendly and nice staff who were always there to help. The property location was marvellous close to the subway. The service was fantastic, including an easy check-in.

Had very positive stay of 3 nights for 4 of us, the staff were pleasant, location was magnificent by subway. Location: the hotel was next to a metro station, a grocery store and lots of restaurants, bakery, and metro line 8 Lourmel. The lunch in Le Beurre Noisette very close to the venue had every choice imaginable. Nothing to complain about, we greatly enjoyed this accommodation and strongly recommend.

Was a perfect base for trip. The room was impressive, with exceptionally comfortable bed and body wash and towels in the bathroom. The staff were NICE and pleasant, gave us great tips.
